Common questions

What file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP and STP. STL is the most common. If you have a CAD format we don't list, email us and we'll usually handle it.
How accurate is the instant quote?
The instant quote is a fast estimate based on file size and your settings. Our operator confirms the final price within 24h after a real slicing pass. If anything changes more than 10%, you decide before we charge.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Right now we ship across all EU member states plus Norway, Switzerland and the UK. For other destinations, email us for a custom quote.
Can you design a part for me?
Yes. Add a note describing what you need (or attach a sketch) and we'll come back with a design + print quote.
Is my file confidential?
Yes. Files are stored encrypted, accessed only by our operator, and deleted on request after delivery. We do not share, resell or remix.
What about post-processing?
Supports removed, parts sanded as standard. Painting, gluing, threaded inserts, vapor smoothing — available as add-ons. Mention in the notes.
